  • Atomic Radii: 114 pm

  • Melting Point: Sublimes at 616°C

  • Boiling Point: Sublimes at 616°C

 

Applications:

- wood preservation and insecticides

- Galium arsenide in LEDs

- toxic and overexposure may lead to arsenic poisoning so has minimal uses
