Halogens
The Halogens. A group of villans each have the ability to manipulate water, air, fire, or earth, depending on their own unique characteristics. All of them at one point attempted to take over as the top group in their city (aka the periodic table) but are always defeated by the noble gases because they are only one valence electron short from being perfect. Because of that, they try to gain electrons as fast as they can, thus making them some of the most reactive elements on the periodic table. Aside from being evil, they do work well with other elements in an attempt to gain allies in their political conquests to overthrow the noble gases.
Chlorine
Chlorine has the ability to manipulate air and gas. In the past, he harmed many with his toxicity. With a seemingly salty attitude, he has the capability to combine with most of the other elements.
Fluorine
Fluorine has the ability to manipulate fire as when mixed with an oxidizer, has high flammability and burns easily. He has the most toxic attitude and is highly reactive.
Bromine
At first, Bromine came off as a bright waterbender (he can manipulate water). He saw the color in the world but had a dark intentions as his vapor and his mixture into oil is deadly.
Iodine
Iodine had a sublime and salty attitude that gave him a superiority complex over others. As the least violent of the halogens because of his low reactivity, Iodine is a simple extremist who has minimal physical power, but was partially essential to life of the people in the city.
Astatine
While having a solid type of personality, Astatine is the most mentally unstable villans of the halogen group. She is very unpatient as her most stable asotope only has a half life of 8 hours.
